Medical protective equipment, such as medical protective masks, medical protective clothing, medical gloves, and other disposable medical products, has a very good isolation effect on bacteria and viruses, and serves as an important line of protection for medical staff or the general public from bacterial and viral infections. The quality of the product itself is particularly important, and its production enterprises need to carry out strict quality control.
As a member of the rear enterprises participating in the anti-epidemic aid, we will provide corresponding laboratory testing instruments for medical protective equipment manufacturers, medical device inspection institutions and other related units. The following will be introduced in conjunction with our testing equipment.
Medical protective masks (disposable masks) testing
The main testing standards that can be referred to in the production of domestic masks are as follows: GB 2626-2006 respiratory protective equipment, GB 19083 medical protective masks, GB/T 32610 daily protective masks, YY 0469 medical surgical masks, YY/T 0969 disposable medical masks, etc. .
Filtration efficiency, ventilation resistance and pressure difference test items
Test item | Testing requirements | Follow the standard |
Particle filtration efficiency | According to the requirements of the standard, the filtration efficiency of NaCl particles and oily particles should be tested | GB 2626-2006 Respiratory protection products |
Respiratory resistance | The total inhalation resistance is not more than 350pa, and the total exhalation resistance is not more than 250pa | GB 2626-2006 Respiratory protection products |
Airflow resistance | The gas flow rate is 85L/min, and the suction resistance shall not exceed 343.2pa (35mmH2O) | GB 19083 Medical protective mask |
Respiratory resistance | Inhalation resistance is less than or equal to 175pa; Exhalation resistance is less than or equal to 145pa | GB/T 32610 Daily protective mask |
Pressure difference | Not more than 49pa | YY 0469 Medical surgical mask |
Ventilation resistance | Not more than 49pa/cm2 | YY/T 0969 Disposable medical mask |
It is recommended to use the PWF-100 mask particle filtration efficiency tester developed and produced by PW, which can meet the requirements of the above-mentioned particle filtration efficiency, ventilation resistance, exhalation (inspiration) resistance and gas exchange pressure difference test items. A collection of multiple test functions High-precision instrument, suitable for the filtration efficiency test of filter protective masks and related ventilating materials, and suitable for multi-purpose use by related equipment manufacturers, testing institutions and scientific research institutions.
Breaking strength and static tensile test items
Test items | Testing requirements | Follow the standard |
The axial tension of the breathing valve cover (10N, 10S or 50N, 10S), the firmness of the headband and the mask body, the axial tension of the connection and the connecting parts | There shouldn't be slippage, fracture, or deformation | GB 2626-2006 Respiratory protection products |
Breaking strength of the connection point between the mask belt and the mask body | Not less than 10N | GB 9083 Medical protective mask |
The breaking strength of the mask belt and the connection between the mask belt and the mask body | Greater than or equal to 20N | GB/T 32610 Daily protective mask |
Fastness of exhalation valve cover (10N, 10S) | There shouldn't be slippage, fracture, or deformation | GB/T 32610 Daily protective mask |
Mask belt breaking strength | Not less than 10N | YY 0469 Medical surgical mask |
Mask with static tension | Not less than 10N | YY/T 0969 Disposable medical mask |
To test the mechanical strength items of the above mask belt, you can use the PW-S90 tensile testing machine developed and produced by PW, equipped with professional test fixtures, to test the tensile strength and tensile breaking force of the mask or mask belt and the connection.
Synthetic blood penetration test detection
GB 19083 Medical protective mask: The standard stipulates that 2ml of synthetic blood is sprayed onto the mask at 10.7kPa (80mmHg) pressure, and there should be no penetration inside the mask;
YY 0469-2011 Medical surgical mask: The standard stipulates that after 2ml of synthetic blood is sprayed on the outer surface of the mask sample at a pressure of 16.0kPa (120mmHg), there should be no penetration on the inner surface of the mask;
The PW-BPT01 mask blood penetration tester developed and produced by PW is suitable for the measurement of synthetic blood splash penetration performance of medical masks and protective clothing. It can be used in production sites and laboratories. The system adopts high-precision automatic pressure controller imported from Japan, fully automatic control and high precision.
