Application

It is suitable for the determination of the flame retardant properties of medical masks and all protective masks, and is also called the flame retardant tester for medical masks. It can be used by medical inspection department, safety inspection department and scientific research unit

Testing principle

1. Test the mask with standard energy source and observe the burning behavior of the mask.The energy of the source is guaranteed by measuring the height and temperature of the flame.

2. The time for the mask or other samples to pass through the ignition source is regulated by the standard, and the operation time of the ignition source can be guaranteed by controlling the movement speed of the mask.

3. The combustion behavior of the sample is measured by the flame combustion and non-flame combustion of the sample.

 


 

1. The linear velocity of nose of the head mold is (60±5) mm/s;

2. The flame height can be adjusted (40±4mm when leaving the factory);

3. Diameter of flame temperature measuring probe is 1.5mm;

4. Burner height adjustment range is 30mm;

5. The flame temperature at (20±2) mm from the top of the burner is (800±50) ℃;

6. The distance between the top of the burner and ** point of the mask is (20±2) mm;

7. The wall thickness of the metal head mold is 2 ~ 3mm, flame resistant and combustion resistant;
