SD series low air pressure test chamber can provide high temperature, low temperature, altitude and other environmental simulation conditions, used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding, military, information, electronics and other fields of materials, components, assemblies, parts and instruments and small equipment, such as temperature and altitude-related environmental testing or reliability testing.
High performance & low energy consumption:
●Professional air supply design: the air duct with built-in deflector fan snail shell ensures uniform air temperature field inside the chamber and small temperature deviation.
●Cooling: Variable fin pitch high-efficiency evaporator, strong frost resistance, small temperature difference in heat transfer, fast cooling rate; inner wall auxiliary evaporator, heater, vacuum state to increase the radiation heat transfer, high temperature uniformity inside the box.
●Low power consumption:
1. SD test chamber adopts VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) technology: the controller drives the electronic expansion valve through PID output to regulate the refrigeration capacity and achieve constant temperature.
Unlike the traditional BTHC control method (i.e. balanced thermoregulation: the compressor continuously refrigeration, heating regulation to control the temperature stability), the VRF technology can achieve low and normal temperature stability without turning on the heater, and the energy consumption is reduced by more than 40%.
2. The pressure-bearing box is lined with special air insulation structure, which greatly accelerates the recovery speed of space environment temperature under vacuum state and improves the uniformity of space temperature field.

●Self-diagnosis: the control system has self-diagnosis function, when there is over-temperature, compressor over-pressure, overload, fan overload and other faults, the controller shows the cause of the fault in Chinese and gives a detailed solution;
● Maintenance: Y-type filter with stainless steel screen is installed in front of the condenser, which is convenient for regular cleaning and prevents the condenser from being dirty and clogged, resulting in a lower rate of temperature reduction or even overpressure protection shutdown;
